Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and other applicable taxes.
We accept the following payment methods:

- Dankort/VISA-Dankort

- Visa/Mastercard

- MobilePay

- Apple Pay/Google Pay (if applicable)

The amount will only be charged to your account once the item has been shipped.

 

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver throughout Denmark and selected countries in the EU.
Standard delivery time within Denmark is typically 3-10 business days.
Shipping rates:

- Free shipping on orders over DKK 1800,00,-

- Shipping with GLS/DAO/PostNord

 

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.
To use your right of withdrawal, please send us an email stating your intention to return the item.
The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Right to Complain

You have a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
If you discover a defect or fault, you must notify us within a reasonable time – no later than 2 months after the defect is discovered.
Contact us at info@boletboletbolet.com with a description of the issue and, if possible, a photo.

 

Jewelry-Specific Conditions

As jewelry is often personal and handmade, minor variations in design and color may occur.
For custom-made jewelry (e.g. with engraving), the right of withdrawal does not apply.
